WSRE hosted its 24th annual fundraising event at Pensacola Bay Center on Sunday, October 21. Fourteen, high-profile, area chefs offered their very best in hopes to capture the awards for food presentation and booth display.
SAVOR, SMG's catering division of the Pensacola Bay Center, took home both awards. The event was baseball themed and judgingwas conducted by former, professional baseball players.
Robert Pettway, head chef of SAVOR at Pensacola Bay Center commented, "We were excited to participate and take first place among the many fine restaurants within our community. It is a true honor."
SAVOR Pensacola also provides the food and beverage service to Saenger Theatre and other special events.
