SMG Pensacola, employees from the Pensacola Civic Center and Saenger Theater, took a break from their schedules and took a trip to United Way to assist them in their warehouse. Over twenty employees participated in the effort to help the organization prepare for hurricane season.
"We¹re really grateful for community partners like the Pensacola Civic Center and Saenger Theater who choose to give of their time in order to make Escambia County a better place," says Andrea Krieger Farage, President/CEO of United Way of Escambia County. "United Way and other non-profits in the community would struggle to accomplish ourmissions without the generosity of volunteers."
Sandie Aaron, regional Vice President for SMG, was one of the members of the "SMG ROCKS THIS TOWN" crew.
"SMG strives not only to be a leader in the entertainment industry, but also in our community. We felt the need to give back to the community that has been so supportive of us over the years," stated Aaron.
